Steps
1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
2. Add cumin seeds and allow them to sizzle.
3. Add chopped onions, garlic, and ginger; sauté until onions are translucent.
4. Stir in the green chili and turmeric powder, cook for another minute.
5. Add the chopped brinjal, coriander powder, and salt. Mix well.
6. Cover and cook for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the brinjal is tender.
7. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves before serving.
