Steps
1. In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, lime juice, orange juice, honey, salt, and pepper to create the citrus glaze.
2. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
3. Season the tuna steak with salt and pepper on both sides.
4. Place the tuna steak in the hot skillet and sear for about 2 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until desired doneness.
5. During the last minute of cooking, brush the citrus glaze over the tuna steak.
6. Remove the tuna from the skillet and let it rest for a minute.
7. Slice the tuna and drizzle any remaining glaze over the top.
8. Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
