Spicy Margherita Flatbread

A vibrant twist on the classic Margherita pizza, this flatbread is topped with fresh tomatoes, mozzarella, basil, and a spicy chili-infused olive oil for an extra kick.

Steps

1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). 2. Place the flatbread on a baking sheet. 3. Drizzle olive oil over the flatbread. 4. Sprinkle chili flakes evenly on the olive oil. 5. Arrange sliced tomatoes and fresh mozzarella on top of the flatbread. 6. Season with salt and freshly cracked black pepper. 7. Bake in the oven for 8-10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly. 8. Remove from oven, scatter fresh basil leaves on top. 9. Let cool for a minute, then slice and serve immediately.
