Steps
1. In a bowl, mix yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric, garam masala, lemon juice, and salt to create the marinade.
2. Add the paneer, bell pepper, and onion to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
3. Preheat the grill or oven to medium-high heat.
4. Thread the marinated paneer and vegetables onto skewers.
5. Brush with oil and grill for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until slightly charred.
6. Serve hot, garnished with fresh mint leaves and accompanied by mint chutney.
