Steps
1. Heat vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat.
2. Add minced ginger and garlic, and sauté for a minute until fragrant.
3. Add the bell peppers and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until they start to soften.
4. Add the strawberries, soy sauce, red chili flakes, turmeric powder, and salt. Stir well to combine.
5. Reduce the heat to medium and cook for another 2-3 minutes until the strawberries release their juices.
6. Add the watermelon cubes and cook for an additional minute.
7. Serve the spicy strawberry and pepper stir-fry over cooked rice.
