1. Boil the egg until hard-boiled, peel and chop it finely. 2. In a bowl, mix the chopped egg, mayonnaise, grated carrot, chopped onion, grated cheese, red chili powder, salt, and curd until well combined. 3. Toast the slice of bread lightly with a little butter or oil until golden brown. 4. Spread the egg and vegetable mayo mixture evenly over the toasted bread. 5. Optionally, sprinkle a little extra red chili powder or cheese on top. 6. Serve immediately as a quick and tasty snack or light meal.
