Steps
1. Rinse the starfruit and slice thinly, set aside a few slices for garnish.
2. In a sturdy glass, muddle the starfruit slices, mint leaves, sugar, and lime wedges together until the starfruit releases its juice and the sugar dissolves.
3. Fill the glass halfway with ice cubes.
4. Pour the white rum over the ice.

6. Garnish with the reserved starfruit slices and a sprig of mint.
