Steps
1. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
3. Pour in the crushed tomatoes and stir. Let it simmer for 5 minutes, allowing it to thicken slightly.
4. Add the corn to the skillet and stir to combine. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Cook for another 3-4 minutes.
5. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss everything together until the pasta is well coated with the sauce.
6. Serve hot, garnished with fresh basil or parsley if desired.
