Steps
1. Wash and prepare all fruits and vegetables as described.
2. Place carrot, tomato, apple, banana, and guava into a blender.
3. Add water or coconut water to help blend.
4. Blend until smooth and creamy.
5. Taste and add honey if additional sweetness is desired.
6. Add ice cubes if a colder smoothie is preferred and blend briefly.
7. Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
