1. Peel and core the apple, then cut it into chunks.
2. Scoop out the flesh of the avocado and cut it into pieces.
3. Peel the banana and slice it.
4. Peel the cucumber and slice it.
5. Peel the mango, remove the pit, and chop it.
6. Put all the fruits in a blender.
7. Add a cup of water and blend until smooth.
8. If desired, add ice cubes and blend again.
9. Pour the smoothie into a glass and serve chilled.
