Steps

1. Wash and chop the tomato and basil leaves. 2. In a blender, combine the chopped tomato, basil leaves, diced mozzarella, and cold water. 3. Add the olive oil, salt, and pepper. 4. Blend until smooth and creamy. Add ice cubes if desired and blend again briefly. 5. Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
