Vegan Breakfast Burrito

A delicious and filling vegan breakfast option with a flavorful mix of vegetables, tofu, and spices, wrapped in a tortilla.

Steps

1. Press tofu to remove excess water, then crumble it into small pieces. 2. In a skillet over medium heat, sauté the tofu, bell peppers, and onion until the vegetables are tender. 3. Add turmeric, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper to the skillet and mix well. 4. Warm the tortilla wrap in a separate skillet or microwave. 5. Place the spinach leaves on the tortilla, then add the tofu and vegetable mixture on top. 6. Add sliced avocado on the filling. 7. Roll the tortilla, tucking in the edges as you go. 8. Slice the burrito in half and serve.
