Vegetarian Indian Masala Bread Omelette

Steps

1. In a bowl, whisk the eggs and add all the spices to create a masala egg mixture. 2. Heat oil in a pan and sauté the onions until translucent. 3. Add the diced potatoes and cooked rice, cook for a few minutes. 4. Pour the masala egg mixture over the vegetables in the pan. 5. Place the bread slice on top of the egg mixture and press it down gently. 6. Cook until the eggs are set and the bread is toasted. 7. Flip the omelette carefully and cook for another minute. 8. Serve hot with a side of chutney or ketchup.
