Add the vegetable broth and stir to combine. 5. Cover with a lid and let the vegetables simmer for 8-10 minutes. 6. Remove the lid, add the soy sauce and red chili flakes and stir to combine. 7. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes or until the vegetables are cooked through.
