- Take a small portion of cake mixture and flatten it into your palm.
- Place one chilled cookie dough bite in the center and carefully wrap the cake mixture around it, shaping into a ball.
- Insert a lollipop stick into each cake ball and place them on a parchment-lined tray.
- Chill the cake pops in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to firm up.
- Melt white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 20-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
- Dip each cake pop into the melted white chocolate, ensuring full coverage.
- Add sprinkles if desired before the coating sets.
- Place cake pops upright in a styrofoam block or stand and refrigerate until the coating hardens, about 15 minutes.
- Serve chilled and enjoy!
