Steps

1. Cook the yellow mee noodles according to package instructions, drain and set aside. 2. Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large pan over medium-high heat. 3. Add minced garlic and sliced chili, stir-fry until fragrant. 4. Add prawns and cook until they turn pink and are just cooked through. 5. Stir in cooked noodles, sweet soy sauce, and chili paste. Toss well to combine. 6. Add salt to taste and mix in sliced spring onions and tomato wedges. 7. Stir-fry for another 2 minutes until everything is heated through. 8. Serve hot, garnished with a lime wedge for an extra zing.
