Apple and Turkey Meatloaf

Steps

1. Preheat oven to 350° F and grease a small loaf pan or oven-safe dish. 2. In a pan, sauté the diced onion and celery in canola oil until slightly soft. 3. Add the diced apple pieces to the pan and cook on low heat for 6 minutes, then set aside to cool. 4. In a large bowl, combine bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, poultry seasoning, eggs, milk, and the cooled apple mixture. 5. Add ground turkey and gently mix for no more than 2 minutes to avoid toughness. 6. Transfer the mixture into the greased pan, shaping it into a loaf. 7. Bake in the center of the oven for approximately 45 minutes or until the center is cooked through. 8. Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
