Steps
1. Soak chickpeas in water overnight. Drain and rinse.
2. In a food processor, combine chickpeas, parsley, cilantro, onion, garlic, cumin, coriander, salt, and pepper. Pulse until mixture comes together.
3. Form mixture into small patties and fry in a pan until golden brown.
4. In a small bowl, whisk together tahini, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and pepper to make the sauce.
5. Warm the pita bread and assemble the wrap with falafel, veggies, and tahini sauce.
6. Roll up the wrap and enjoy!
