1. In a bowl, mash the avocado with a fork. 2. Add the feta cheese, butter, olives and the minced garlic, then mix all the ingredients together. 3. Form a ball and shape it into a patty. 4. Fry the patty in a non-stick pan over medium heat until it is golden brown on both sides and the mixtures is cooked through. 5. Serve hot and sprinkle some salt and black pepper to taste.
