Steps
1. Heat a bit of oil in a non-stick pan and add the bell peppers. Sautee until slightly softened, about 3 minutes.
2. Crack the eggs into the same pan, right on top of the vegetables. Sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper.
3. Add the tomato and the honey and stir gently.
4. Add the cooked pasta and stir everything together. Cook for another minute or two, until the eggs are cooked through.
5. Serve hot. Enjoy!
