Steps
1. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
2. Add the sliced onion and minced garlic, sauté until translucent.
3. Cut the chicken and pork into bite-sized pieces and add them to the skillet. Cook until browned on all sides.
4. Stir in the chopped tomato and oregano. Season with salt and pepper.
5. Cover and let simmer for 10-12 minutes, or until the meats are cooked through and the tomatoes have broken down.
6. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.
