
Steps
- Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add the sliced onion and minced garlic, sauté until translucent.
- Cut the chicken and pork into bite-sized pieces and add them to the skillet. Cook until browned on all sides.
- Stir in the chopped tomato and oregano. Season with salt and pepper.
- Cover and let simmer for 10-12 minutes, or until the meats are cooked through and the tomatoes have broken down.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.
