- Cook the pasta according to package instructions.
- Meanwhile, heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Season the chicken breast with salt, pepper, oregano, and basil. Cook the chicken for 6-8 minutes on each side, or until cooked through. Remove from the skillet and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for a minute until fragrant. Stir in soy sauce and lemon juice. Cook for another minute.
- Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat with the sauce.
- Serve the pasta topped with sliced chicken breast. Sprinkle with crumbled feta cheese and chopped parsley.
