Steps
1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions.
2. Meanwhile, heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Season the chicken breast with salt, pepper, oregano, and basil. Cook the chicken for 6-8 minutes on each side, or until cooked through. Remove from the skillet and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
3. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for a minute until fragrant. Stir in soy sauce and lemon juice. Cook for another minute.
4. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat with the sauce.
5. Serve the pasta topped with sliced chicken breast. Sprinkle with crumbled feta cheese and chopped parsley.
