Nutty Chicken Stir-Fry

Steps

1. Slice the chicken breast into thin strips. 2. In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, cornstarch, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. 3. Heat some cooking oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat. 4. Add the minced garlic and stir-fry for about 30 seconds, until fragrant. 5. Add the chicken strips and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes, until cooked through. 6. Remove the chicken from the wok and set aside. 7. In the same wok, add a little more oil if needed and stir-fry the broccoli, bell pepper, and mushrooms for 2-3 minutes, until slightly tender. 8. Add the mixed nuts and stir-fry for another minute. 9. Return the chicken to the wok and pour in the sauce mixture. 10. Stir-fry for an additional 1-2 minutes, until the sauce has thickened and coated the ingredients. 11. Serve hot with steamed rice or noodles.
