Steps
1. Preheat a pan with the olive oil.
2. Place the chicken thighs into the pan and season with salt and pepper.
3. Fry the chicken on medium heat for about 5 to 7 minutes per side, until cooked through.
4. Once cooked, brush the thighs with a generous helping of honey, and cook for a further 1 minute.
5. Serve your honey fried chicken with your favorite accompaniments.
