Steps
1. In a small saucepan, bring almond milk to a boil. Add rolled oats and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
2. Meanwhile, peel and pit the avocado and pear. Mash the avocado in a bowl and thinly slice the pear.
3. Once the oatmeal is cooked, remove from heat and stir in honey and chia seeds.
4. Transfer the oatmeal to a serving bowl. Top with mashed avocado, sliced pear, sliced almonds, and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
