Avocado Spinach Breakfast Wrap

Steps

1. Heat olive oil in a small pan over medium heat. 2. Crack the egg into the pan and cook until the whites are set but yolk is still runny, or to your preference. 3. While the egg cooks, mash the avocado in a small bowl and season with salt and pepper. 4. Warm the whole wheat tortilla in a dry pan or microwave for 10 seconds. 5. Spread the mashed avocado evenly over the tortilla. 6. Layer the fresh spinach leaves on top of the avocado. 7. Place the cooked egg over the spinach. 8. Sprinkle feta cheese on the egg. 9. Carefully roll the tortilla into a wrap. 10. Slice in half and enjoy immediately.
