Steps
1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
2. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks.
3. Stir in taco seasoning and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
4. Place the tortilla in the skillet until warm, about 30 seconds on each side.
5. Add cooked beef onto the center of the tortilla, sprinkle with cheese, and fold the sides over.
6. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the cheese melts.
7. Serve with lettuce and salsa if desired.
