Steps
1. In a skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat.
2. Add diced onions and bell peppers, sautéing until they are softened (about 3-4 minutes).
3. Add the ground beef to the skillet, breaking it up with a spatula. Cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
4. Stir in garlic powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. Cook for another 2 minutes to combine flavors.
5. Remove from heat and set aside.
6. Lay a tortilla flat and spoon a portion of the beef mixture onto the center.
7. Sprinkle with shredded cheese, then fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling and roll it up tightly.
8. In the same skillet, place the wraps seam-side down and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
9. Serve warm with optional toppings such as sour cream, salsa, or lettuce.
