Steps
              1. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. 
2. Add beef to the skillet and season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. 
3. Add bell pepper and onion to the skillet and cook for 4 minutes stirring occasionally. 
4. Warm the tortillas in the microwave for 30 seconds. 
5. Fill the tortillas with beef and vegetables. Serve hot.
