Mexican Style Corn & Bell Pepper Skillet

This delicious Mexican style dish is made with a combination of sweet corn, bell pepper, garlic, onion, and a few other ingredients that together make a unique and flavorful meal!

1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. 2. Add onion and bell pepper and cook until softened, about 5 minutes. 3. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute. 4. Add corn kernels, cumin, chili powder, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine and cook for 3-4 minutes until corn is cooked through. 5.
