Mexican Chicken Burrito Bowls

Chicken, sauteed vegetables, and Mexican spices are all mixed together in these delicious Mexican Chicken Burrito Bowls. They are super tasty and so easy to make!

Steps

1. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. 2. Add the garlic and chicken breast to the skillet and cook for 5 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through. 3. Add the onions, bell peppers, black beans, cumin, chili powder, oregano, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt and pepper. Saute until the vegetables are tender. 4. Combine the cooked rice and salsa in a large bowl. 5. Portion the chicken and vegetable mixture onto to top of the rice. 6. Top with grated cheese, cilantro, and avocado. 7. Enjoy!
