Steps
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a small cake pan or use a silicone mold.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine the mashed banana, Biscoff spread, and egg. Mix well until smooth.
3. Add the protein powder, almond flour, baking powder, honey (if using), and salt to the wet mixture. Stir until you have a thick batter.
4. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and smooth the top.
5. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
6. Let it cool for a few minutes before transferring to a plate. Top with crushed Biscoff cookies if desired.
