Steps
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a small ramekin or cake dish.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine the Biscoff cookie butter and egg until smooth.
3. Add in the protein powder, almond flour, baking powder, almond milk, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix until well combined.
4. Pour the batter into the prepared ramekin and smooth the top with a spatula.
5. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
6. Let it cool slightly before enjoying. Optionally, top with more Biscoff spread or crushed cookies for extra flavor.
