Steps
1. Heat vegetable oil in a pan and add cumin seeds. Allow them to crackle.
2. Add onions, garlic, ginger, and green chili. Sauté until onions turn translucent.
3. Add turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, and garam masala. Mix well and cook for a minute.
4. Add broccoli florets and corn kernels. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
5. Add a splash of water, cover the pan, and simmer for 5-7 minutes or until the broccoli is tender.
6. Season with salt and garnish with fresh cilantro.
7. Serve hot with steamed rice or naan bread.
