Steps
1. In a bowl, combine the minced garlic, grated ginger, ketchup, mashed potato, salt, and pepper.
2. Spread the mixture evenly on one side of each bread slice.
3. Heat a little cooking oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
4. Place the bread slices, potato-side down, on the pan and cook for about 2-3 minutes until the bottom is golden and crispy.
5. Flip the bread slices and cook for another 2-3 minutes until the other side is also crispy.
6. Remove from the pan and cut each slice into triangles or squares.
7. Serve hot and enjoy!
