Steps
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a muffin tin.
2. In a bowl, combine the rolled oats, egg, water (or broth), salt, and pepper. Mix well until combined.
3. Stir in the chopped herbs and any optional diced vegetables you like.
4. Pour the mixture evenly into the muffin tin, filling each cup about 3/4 full.
5. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the egg is set and the tops are golden.
6. Let cool for a few minutes before removing from the tin. Enjoy warm or cold!
