Steps

Lunch: 1. Preheat oven and bake frozen French fries according to package instructions. 2. Peel and slice the potato, season with salt and oil, then roast or pan-fry until crispy. 3. Season the steak with salt and cook to desired doneness in a hot pan with a little oil. Snack: 1. Toast the slices of bread lightly. 2. Spread hazelnut spread evenly on each slice. 3. Slice the apple and drizzle with honey for dipping or topping. Dinner: 1. Boil pasta until al dente, drain and set aside. 2. In a pan, heat oil and sauté chopped onions until translucent. 3. Add chopped tomato and tomato pulp, sugar, salt, and seasoning. Simmer for 10 minutes. 4. In a small saucepan, mix flour and baking powder with milk, cook gently until thickened for a light sauce. 5. Combine pasta with the tomato sauce and pour over the milk-based sauce. 6. Warm the baguette slice. 7. Brew a cup of tea to serve alongside dinner.
