Steps

1. In a bowl, combine yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, chaat masala, lemon juice, salt, and mustard oil to create the marinade. 2. Add paneer cubes to the marinade and mix gently ensuring all pieces are well coated. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes. 3. Preheat a grill pan or non-stick skillet over medium heat. 4. Place the marinated paneer cubes on the pan and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and slightly charred. 5. Remove from heat and garnish with onion rings, tomato slices, and fresh coriander leaves. 6. Serve hot with green chutney or ketchup.
