Chicken and Vegetable Fried Rice with Beans and Eggs

Steps

1. Heat the vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. 2. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant. 3. Add diced chicken breast, season with salt and pepper, and cook until no longer pink. 4. Add diced carrots and beans, stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until carrots are tender. 5. Push the mixture to one side of the pan and crack the egg into the empty side. Scramble the egg until cooked. 6. Add the cooked rice and soy sauce, mixing everything well. 7. Stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes until heated through. 8. Garnish with chopped green onion if desired and serve hot.
