Steps
1. Cut chicken into cubes and mix with garam masala, cumin, turmeric, chili and salt
2. Melt half of the butter in a saucepan and add onions, red pepper, garlic and fry for 4 minutes.
3. Add chicken and fry for 6 minutes on medium heat.
4. Add tomato puree, sugar and heavy cream, stir and bring to a simmer.
5. Add the remaining butter and cook for 15 minutes on low heat.
6. Serve and enjoy!
