
Steps
- Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
- In a bowl, mix the tomato paste, olive oil, garlic, white wine, paprika, oregano and parsley.
- Grease an oven dish and place the cod fillet into it. Pour the sauce over the fish and spread it evenly.
- Bake for about 12-15 minutes or until the fish is cooked.
- Serve the cod fish with a side of rice or your favorite side dish.

- 5 cloves garlic, minced
