Steps
1. Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
2. In a bowl, mix the tomato paste, olive oil, garlic, white wine, paprika, oregano and parsley.
3. Grease an oven dish and place the cod fillet into it. Pour the sauce over the fish and spread it evenly.
4. Bake for about 12-15 minutes or until the fish is cooked.
5. Serve the cod fish with a side of rice or your favorite side dish.
