Baked Cod in Portuguese Sauce

This recipe combines the subtle flavor of codfish with an aromatic sauce made from traditional Portuguese spices. It is a dish that everyone will love!

Steps

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. In a bowl, mix the tomato paste, olive oil, garlic, white wine, paprika, oregano and parsley.

  4. Bake for about 12-15 minutes or until the fish is cooked.
