Steps
1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
2. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente, then drain.
3. In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta, diced tomatoes, butter, half of the cheese, egg, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix well until combined.
4. Transfer the mixture to a small baking dish and sprinkle the remaining cheese on top.
5. Bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes, or until the cheese is golden and bubbly.
6. Remove from the oven, let it cool slightly, and garnish with fresh basil before serving.
