1. Heat butter in a pan over medium heat. 2. Add minced garlic and grated ginger. Sauté until fragrant. 3. Add ketchup to the pan and stir well. 4. Cover the pan and cook for about 15-20 minutes until the potatoes are tender, stirring occasionally. 7. Serve hot with rice or naan bread.
