A delicious Indian style breakfast dish, combining the classic flavors of butter, garlic, ginger and tomatoes with paneer for an extra protein boost.
Step 1: Place 2 tsp of butter in a non-stick pan and heat on medium flame Step 2: Add onion, garlic and ginger into the pan and fry for 2 minutes Step 3: Add the tomatoes to the pan and fry for 1 minute Step 4: Crumble the paneer into the pan and fry for 1 more minute Step 5: Crack the eggs into the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes until eggs are cooked Step 6: Serve the omlette when hot!
