Steps
1. In a bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper.
2. Add beef cubes to the marinade and toss to coat evenly. Let it marinate for 20 minutes.
3. Thread the beef cubes onto the soaked wooden skewers.
