Steps
1. In a small bowl, mix lemon juice, minced garlic, olive oil, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper.
2. Place the chicken breast in a resealable bag or shallow dish and pour the marinade over it.
3. Marinate for at least 30 minutes, preferably up to 2 hours, in the refrigerator.
4. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
5. Remove chicken from marinade and grill for 6-7 minutes per side, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
6. Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
