Cheesy Aloo Tikki

Steps

1. In a mixing bowl, combine the mashed potato, grated cheese, all-purpose flour, cumin powder, chili powder, and salt. Mix until well combined. 2. Shape the mixture into small patties (tikkis). 3. Heat oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat. 4. Once the oil is hot, carefully slide in the tikkis, frying them in batches to avoid overcrowding. 5. Fry until they are golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes on each side. 6. Remove from oil and drain on paper towels. 7. Serve hot, garnished with fresh coriander leaves if desired.
