1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). 2. Season the chicken breast with olive oil, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper on both sides. 3. Place the chicken on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes until fully cooked and golden brown. 4. While the chicken is baking, peel and chop the potato into small chunks. 5.
