Cheesy Broccoli and Carrot Curry

This delightful Indian-inspired vegetarian dish combines the goodness of broccoli and carrots with a creamy cheese sauce, infused with aromatic garlic. Served on a bed of fresh lettuce, it's a unique twist on traditional curry that’s both healthy and flavorful.

Steps

1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them sizzle for a few seconds. 2. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant. 3. Add chopped broccoli and sliced carrots to the pan. Stir-fry for 4-5 minutes until they start to soften. 4. Sprinkle in turmeric powder and salt, mixing well. 5. Reduce heat and add grated cheese, stirring until it melts and coats the vegetables. 6. Add garam masala and mix well for an additional 2 minutes. 7. Serve the cheesy vegetable curry warm on a bed of fresh lettuce leaves.
