- Let the eggs sit undisturbed for about 20 seconds, then gently stir with a spatula, pushing the eggs from the edges to the center.
- When the eggs begin to set but are still slightly runny, sprinkle the shredded cheese evenly over the top.
- Continue cooking and folding the eggs until fully cooked but still soft and creamy, about 1-2 minutes.
- Remove from heat and serve immediately.
